2. Products
All products are made-to-order fine jewelry crafted in Germany. Product descriptions, images, and dimensions are provided in good faith. Minor variations inherent to handcrafted pieces are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you authorise the full charge at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will always honour the price paid.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances (e.g., pricing error), in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery is approximately 4 weeks from order confirmation, as each bracelet is crafted individually. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping is via DHL with tracking. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with German consumer protection law (§ 439 BGB). This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or loss.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of DAFTARI. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. For EU consumers, applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
