Return & Exchange Policy

Made-to-Order

The ВОЛЯ Bracelet is crafted individually upon order. As each piece is made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has begun.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your bracelet arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage

Size Exchanges

If you receive the wrong size due to our error, we will produce and ship the correct size at no cost. If you ordered incorrectly, we will do our best to accommodate an exchange — please reach out and we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal typically applies to online purchases. However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As the ВОЛЯ Bracelet is made-to-order per your size specification, this exemption applies.

Pre-Order Cancellation

If production has not yet begun, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund by contacting us within 48 hours of placing your order. Once production is underway, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
